Nelson Bostock Communications has been appointed to handle a comprehensive consumer and business PR programme for the Computer Systems Division (CSD) of Toshiba in the UK, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Ireland.

Toshiba CSD markets an award-winning range of laptop computers, peripherals and accessories in Europe, and has pioneered many innovations including what is believed to be the world’s lightest laptop, the Portégé R500, which weighs just 779 grams.

Nelson Bostock has also worked for Toshiba’s UK Consumer Products Division, promoting its range of home entertainment equipment, for almost 20 years. The agency also holds corporate briefs for the Toshiba Corporation at both UK and European levels, as well as a UK trade PR remit for the Business Communications Division which sells telephony systems.
