Pop culture and film fans rejoice! Especially if you have a spare $40,049 lying around… Lot 259 at a Texas auction in May is up for grabs – a “custom electric motorcycle” from the Andrews Collection, otherwise known as a (working!) Tron Light Cycle.

A one-off version, this ultimate tribute to 2010’s Tron: Legacy was specially built for the Andrews Collection by an outside firm before being sent to the Andrews’ own shop for specification completion. With a low seat height of 28.5 inches, it can be ridden very easily, even at low speeds, and has only ever been driven around the facilities to check that it remains fully functional, hence its ‘new condition’ listing. It is also very pretty.

If its estimated price of $25,000 – $40,000 is a shade beyond your budget, you can console yourself with a much smaller tech tribute to a recent movie – Big Hero 6’s loveable Baymax is available as an LED lamp, courtesy of InfoThink. As well as having five different lighting settings, including ‘Soothing Sleep Mode’ and ‘Smooth Breathing Mode’, Baymax has a moveable head and arms, so you can pose him on your bedside table or chillaxing by your books – the possibilities are endless! Plus, he’s a rather more affordable $49.
