Our recent Change in Banking campaign explored the current state of banking in the UK. We interviewed 2,000 UK banking consumers and 50 C-suite and director level decision-makers at UK retail banks to better understand consumer expectations and why the industry has been slow to respond. The report was launched in conjunction with the 1-year anniversary of Open Banking to give a topical news hook for our state of the nation report; with articles secured in Bloomberg, Forbes and a host of fintech trade media including Bobsguide, Finextra, Retail Banker International and the Fintech Insider podcast.
